After an awful hot night and flushing at least 5 times, this morning is cooler I am sat with my patio door open and there is a nice breeze. I'm eating Somerset / Cheddar strwawberries and there is nothing like it.

Can't wait to get my foot in cold water. I have had my cast on (from toes to below knee) for 4 and a half months! Oooooo, it does itch in this hot weather. I get the cast off next week (fingers crossed). The first thing I will do, is have a good scratch and then sit with my feet in the pedispa for a week

It will feel wonderful, Ann. You have done so brilliantly in a cast for such a length of time. Truly scrumptious will be beside herself with excitement when you are back to "normal" Love Jeanxxxxxxxxxx
