After an awful hot night and flushing at least 5 times, this morning is cooler
I am sat with my patio door open and there is a nice breeze. I'm
eating Somerset / Cheddar strwawberries and there is nothing like it.

Can't wait to get my foot in cold water. I have had my cast on (from toes to below knee) for 4 and a half months! Oooooo, it does itch in this hot weather. I get the cast off next week (fingers crossed). The first thing I will do, is have a good scratch and then sit with my feet in the pedispa for a week

It will feel wonderful, Ann. You have done so brilliantly in a cast for such a length of time. Truly scrumptious will be beside herself with excitement when you are back to "normal"

aww you will be having fun foot seeing light water nice cooling to for itchy footsie,well weather here stormy no rain if its cooler i cart feel it joints so hot.grr more cloudy today,sat out till 9pm last night from 8 as shady by then. had couple water fights huby good fun way cool down. cat get well then i can have all windows open . melly cuddly cats make my world seem so much more fun
